Dentons Muñoz has proudly announced the promotion of Tatiana Reuben as well as the addition of Jennifer González and Jorge Dengo to its partner ranks, effective August 11, 2021. These three appointments are part of the firm’s strategy to grow its corporate offering and its commitment to diversity and inclusion. Based in our San José, Costa Rica office, they will lead both domestic and pan-Central American projects.

Tatiana is an outstanding lawyer with broad experience in corporate law and ethics & compliance, having worked for more than 20 years as an in-house corporate lawyer for a range of multinational companies. At Dentons Muñoz, Tatiana has successfully been leading the General Counsel Services practice in Latin America. She is also an active participant of Dentons’ NextLaw In-House Solutions. Her unique perspective for companies operating in the region and internationally has made her a go-to resource for in-house leadership teams to help them accomplish their business goals. Tatiana's promotion is a strong testament to her deep legal knowledge, outstanding leadership skills and commitment to world-class client service.

Jennifer is a corporate lawyer with more than 20 years of experience acting for local and multinational clients; her experience includes more than 10 years as an in-house corporate lawyer for Walmart Mexico and Central America. In addition, Jennifer has vast expertise in leading regional legal teams in Central America. Her unique combination of business experience, legal expertise and business education will be a tremendous addition to the corporate team.

Jorge has a broad corporate law practice with more than 20 years of in-house counsel experience. Over the last 15 years, he was an active member of different management teams in various countries in Latin America as head counsel of Philip Morris International, one of the largest tobacco companies in the world. Jorge has a background in product liability, complex regulation for risk-related products, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring, excise tax, competition law, complex distribution schemes, and consumer protection law.
