Dentons' Real Estate team in Warsaw advises Skanska on a preliminary agreement for the sale of two buildings in the High5ive office complex in Kraków and the Nowy Targ office building in Wroclaw to the fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate. The joint value of the investment amounts to approx. €214 million. The transaction is expected to be finalized in Q4 2019.

The High5ive investment in will ultimately consist of five modern office buildings with a total gross leasable area of 70,000 sq. m. This is the second sale transaction of the High5ive facilities, which was advised by Dentons' Real Estate team. The sale of the first two office buildings in the High5ive complex was completed in July 2018. The complex is located right next to the Kraków Main Railway Station, Galeria Krakowska and the historic city center.

Nowy Targ office building is another investment of Skanska in Wrocław. It offers nearly 20,000 sq. m. of office space and 1,600 sq. m. of service space. The building also includes five terraces with greenery available for office staff.

The transaction was conducted by partner Piotr Szafarz supported by Hanna Żarska (senior associate), Adrianna Kończak (associate), Maciej Roman (associate) and Jacek Korcz (associate). Advice on environmental protection was provided by partner Ewa Rutkowska-Subocz and associates Sylwia Chrostowska and Dawid Krakowiak.
