Bingham Greenebaum Doll attorneys Bill Kaiser, Carmin Grandinetti and Michael Mercurio recently assisted firm client ServUs in the sale of 76 Long John Silver’s franchises.

The sale, which was highlighted in Louisville Business First, was a result of Long John Silver’s acquisition of units in order to convert to corporate-owned restaurants. These acquisitions come after their shift from a 100 percent franchised restaurant model in 2015.

Long John Silver’s COO, Brian Unger, spoke about his excitement regarding the acquisition, saying, “We’re thrilled to add an extensive line-up of well-performing restaurants to our company-owned portfolio and to continue the legacy that Bob has left behind.”
