• CORUS/SHAW: Dentons represented Corus Entertainment Inc. for the financing and note redemption with a team led by Bill Jenkins that included Stephanie Campbell and Dan Shea.
• COUCHE-TARD / CST BRANDS / PARKLAND: Underwriters for the Parkland high yield debt and equity offerings were represented by Dentons with a team led by Bill Gilliland, comprising Toby Allan, Dan Shea, Jessica Myers, Andreas Kloppenborg, and Steve Berson.
• SPROTT / CENTRAL GOLDTRUST: Central GoldTrust was represented by Dentons with a team including Mark Mahoney, Corey MacKinnon, Ralph Shay, Matt Fleming, Mark Jadd and Larry Nevsky.
