On 15-18 November 2015, Dentons were a Summit Day sponsor at the Education Investment MENA conference in Dubai – an event which connects the global community involved in expanding, financing and regulating private education businesses in emerging markets. The forum explores opportunities for education businesses to expand across the Middle East, North Africa and wider emerging markets and attracts leading Ministries, Regulators, Educators, Investors and Advisers.

Babette Märzheuser-Wood, Head of the UKMEA Education group, and Nadine Naji, Dubai Associate, led a session on the 'Essential legal structures and frameworks to navigate when establishing businesses in MENA'. They were also discussing expansion, innovation and partnership opportunities for education businesses in Early Years, K-12, Higher, Vocational and Skills sectors. The session was found to be useful and interesting by the attendees.
