The topic of this month’s breakfast seminar is Raising Capital for your Tech Start-Up in a Cross-Border Context.

To grow locally and globally, tech start-ups and emerging growth companies need proper access to funding. This funding is available in various forms, including venture capital (VC) financing.

In this presentation, the speakers will discuss the various forms of financing available to tech start-ups in a cross-border context. These forms include debt financing, public funds as well as financing by angel, seed investors and VC funds. They will also explain what a typical VC deal involving tech companies entails and cover related topics such as VC fund raising vehicles and global VC tech hubs.

Our group of speakers have years of experience representing investors in the technology and venture capital sectors across the world. They also have a wealth of experience advising early-stage and more mature emerging technology companies in their capital raising and day-to-day legal needs.
