Madagascar is rich in mineral resources crucial in supporting the green transition like cobalt and graphite and the New Code represents a foundational step in creating a conducive environment for mining activities and investment.

In supporting the green transition, the New Code also reflects a commitment to promoting responsible and sustainable mining practices while attracting investment and fostering economic growth.
