Dentons advised Cavatina Holding, a leading commercial real estate developer, on the sale of three A-class office buildings - Tischnera Office and Ocean Office Park A in Kraków, as well as Carbon Tower in Wrocław. The portfolio worth €139 million was acquired by affiliates of Lone Star Funds, an American private equity house. This is the largest transaction completed so far this year in Poland's regional office markets.

The entire portfolio is environmentally certified under the international BREEAM standard and the WELL Health-Safety Rating. All the properties are prime buildings with convenient locations, service points, relaxation and green areas, and feature high-quality construction.

The Tischnera Office in Kraków, irregularly hexagonal in ground plan, offers nearly 34,000 sq. m. of leasable area on 10 above-ground floors. The building has won the 2019 Prime Property Prize in the “Office Space Investment of the Year” category.

The Ocean Office Park A is the first building of a mixed-use complex under construction in Kraków's Zabłocie district. The building was commissioned in Q3 2021 and offers approximately 13,000 sq. m. of modern office space as well as a two-level underground car park. The complex has obtained a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Excellent’ level. The building has won the 2021 Prime Property Prize in the “Office Space Investment of the Year” category.

The Carbon Tower is a 15-storey building located in the heart of the business district of Wrocław, at ul. Fabryczna. The building offers over 19,000 sq. m. of high-end office space. It includes extensive bicycle infrastructure, numerous amenities for tenants, Quickwork offices and a medical clinic. The project has a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level.
