Dentons has advised Macquarie Asset Management on the €190 million acquisition of a logistics real estate portfolio in Poland from 7R and Hillwood. The purchase was made on behalf of Bayerische Versorgungskammer, Germany’s largest pension fund, and was divided into several stages.

The 276,000 sq.m. portfolio is comprised of 12 modern logistics facilities at the Hillwood Marki near Warsaw, 7R Park Kraków-Kokotów and 7R Park Tczew near Tricity (Northern Poland). The properties were developed between 2017 and 2020 and are 100 percent leased to e-commerce, light production, and third-party logistics businesses. The portfolio was acquired in several stages starting in 2019, with the acquisition of its final asset, the 21,500 sq.m. Building C at the Hillwood Marki Logistics Park, closing in April 2021.
