Dentons advises UniCredit on the sale of a non-performing loan portfolio

Global law firm Dentons advised UniCredit S.p.A. in relation to the disposal of a non-performing loan portfolio composed of commercial real estate loan exposures to a consortium of investors. The portfolio has a total claim value in excess of €250 million.
